Question:
Keystone - Has anyone had Luck with Keystone HMO getting a TT?

I will have Keystone HMO beginning March 1, 2002. I would like to know if anyone has any luck with getting a Tummy Tuck approved? I go to see a plastic surgeon on March 18th and want to know what my chances are. I also want a breast aug done, (I have a congenital deformity called Poland Syndrome) and I am hoping that they will cover the correction/reconstruction of that as well. I was told by my PS's secretary that this insurance is one of the worst at approving any type of plastic surgery. If you did have it covered, what did you have to have documented (what is their criteria?) Thanks for any info.    — Dawn H. (posted on February 22, 2002)
