Question:
Anyone denied by BCBSNC and then approved?

I got a call from the surgeons office telling me I was denied because of something the pshycologist put in her papers-something about an exercise program...do you think I should appeal or am I wasting my time..? Jean. I was first tole that I was denied by BCBSNC ubt after I requested that my papers be reviewed again I was approved lest than a week later. Call get thename of the person you talk to and ask questions to see if they can tell you wyh you were denied. LAP-RNY 2/24/03. Gwen
