Question:
I am looking to talk with some one that had surgery by Dr Drew and or his associates.

Hi Linda, How are you doing? My name is Chris Rampersad, I live in St Paul, and although I did not have Dr Drew I know several people who do. I hope this helps anyone looking at doctors in the twin cites or into Dr Drew. You may not know of the support group that meets on the first and third tues in the lobby of Dr Drew's office building(The heart Inst.) Its called the Renewal group. Our next meeting is tues 11-7 at 530pm. The time doesnt always work for everyone. Its a very friendly group, run by patients, so the talk is very causal. It is open to any doc's patients which is nice to compare. Another option is: I had surg on 10-2 with Dr Baker at unity. From there on of his patients started the OSSGMN group. It has 200 people online who are either considering, preop or who have had surgery. You can sign up and that ask any questions you have. I thought it was the best thing to have as a preop. We give real answers and sometimes you forget to ask something and dont want to make a call to the nurse just for one question. There are several dr drew patients online. If you dont want a lot of mail you can view the response daily under "web only" or get indiviaul email but sometimes that can be 150 email(I just delete ones that dont apply to me so its not that bad) Here is the link for that web site.
