What happens after psych report submitted?

I would say yes that it would be approved after that. In my personal experience, I had to have all pre op testing done before the surgeon submitted anything to my insurance company. Once the surgeon's office received all of my tests from other doctors and hospitals and nutrionist, they submitted my request and I was approved the very next day. Good luck to you. I waited for 2 months and finally last month they wanted me to have the psych evaluation, I was so excited because I was told that once you got yhis far you were a sure thing for the surgery.... HAHA, I was turned down on Thursday... Life is cruel, good luck to you..
