No. Dr. Hocking is my doctor. You should be asking these questions to him
or his staff really. But I can tell you that if you are planning to use
insurance to pay for your operation, his office will obtain the approval
from the insurance company first, then they will bill you after the
operation for only your portion of expenses.
If you are planning to pay for it your self then I dont know what the
procedure would be.
