As far as I know Russell Williams is NOT a surgeon or a medical professional. He is a retired teacher from Hagerstown, MD. He is a "Fat activist" who would want to make sure that you were presented with all of the possible negative results that could come out of WLS. He is affiliated with a group called ISSA (International Society for Size Acceptance). I don't know his email address, but the ISSA web site is www.size-acceptance.org. Mary McGill
