Question:
abdomen pain and nausea could it be from the g tube?

My friend is in the hospital as we speak 12 days after surgery. Was doing great taking in small amounts of protein drinks and V-8 , broth. Woke up on the 12th day with severe pain in stomach and nausea. Has had all kinds of test done in the last 2 days an they all come back negative. Will she get relief after the g tube is removed. The JP tube made me feel bloated and nauseous (sp?). I also had serious abdominal pain which I thought was gas. Once my JP tube was removed I felt instant relief right there in the Dr's office.
