I have Cigna HMO in NJ. All i can tell you is document everything and double check all your refferals and you should have no problem. I have a date and awaiting approval. Good luck!!!

Hello! I have Cigna of Tampa Bay. I submitted my paperwork for insurance on August 2nd. On August 9th I got an approval. It only took 6 days. I have Cigna HMO Of Southflorida, I am using the Cleveland Clinic of Florida and they are in the network, I got approval in days, I am using Dr Rosenthal at the Weston Clinic, He is the head on minimal invasive surgery, I also go to the Naples clinic, for some preops as I live in ft myers area. they have a dr. Leiberman that does the surgery there, Lap and open rny. Had my 1st consult 7/31/01 I am having surgery Lap 9/17/01 Email me if you need any other assistance [email protected].
