Question:
United Healthcare HMO and Bariatric Treatment Center in Texas.. anybody do that?

I live in Ohio and tried to do the same thing.They will not cover out of network unless there are no other docotors in a reasonable drive.I doubt they will cover it.Get it in writing,but the problem is they will never put anything in writing.
