Friend in need of WLS friendly PCP!

Hello All!! This question is actually for a friend of mine who is without a computer. She is planning lap rny with the same surgeon that I used, but their regulations have changed alittle since I started on my journey. She has to have a referral from a WLS friendly PCP. She lives in Tabor City, NC (or WHiteville), but works in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. She will travel anywhere in this area or further if need be.
