Question:
Does any one work for a small company (10-15people) and have ins. that covered WLS?
The company I work for has about15-20 people and will soon have to or have the opportunity to change plans. ( we currently have Principal Financial through PHCS and it has an exclusion) Work knows about my situation and is trying to find a plan (affordable) that will give me coverage, but they want me to come up with a list of plans.......PLEASE HELP!!! — Jenn J. I work for a company that has 10 people and have Oxford as my insurance
company. My doctors were all in network and so far I have not had to pay a
dime. I am four weeks post-op.

My company has about 20 people and we have 3 choices for insurance: Kaiser,
Blue Cross PPO, and Blue Cross HMO. However, every state is different. Your
best bet might be to find an insurance broker. We have one who does all the
shopping for us (we're in Northern California).

We have 13 people at my company. We have Blue Cross of CA PPO. It only
took me 8 days to get approved for my surgery. :o)

My Company consists of 15 people and we have Fidelity PMG Select, Im just
now in the starting process of things, however I have seen a couple of
posts on this site where Fidelity has been approved before. Of course we do
have to prove it as a medical necessity. Hope this helped some. :)

My company has 4 people. Yes, I said 4. We have Humana Choice Care, and I
was approved immediately. Good luck!

hello my company has just 2 people covered under bc/bs empire ppo and i
called to find out if i would be approved and they said yes as long as my

We have 30 people spread over 2 locations in the state and we have United
Healthcare Choice Plus. They approved me in 2 weeks.
