Question:
Can Biotin be crushed?

I dont know if it can be crushed. But, I have a sublingual form which is wonderful. You just put it underneath your tongue and it gets absorbed directly into the blood stream. I purchased it at The Vitamin Shoppe.

The Biotin that I have is a powder. I would therfore assume, that there shouldn't be any problem with crushing it. When I purchased it, they told me to add it to a drink, food, etc. I haven't had WLS yet, so I hope I can still take it that way after. I can't say I taste it in anything.
