Question:
Not a typical vitamin question....

Hey guys. Funny question. I wonder if anyone else ever noticed this. I've been noticing a trend lately. It seems if I wait to take my vitamin until right before I go to bed, I can't sleep! I've had sleep problems on and off for a long time, but lately I've noticed it always happens when I take my vitamins at night. It seems silly to think that they would "charge me up" that quickly. ABSOLULTELY!! I'm almost 4 years out and have been taking mine in the AM since discovering that in my first year.

Yes, I noticed it too, when I took my B12 sublingule in the evenings, so now I take it in the morning.

This is very true and very common...i also experienced this the first time i did it. vitamins sometimes increase your blood pressure slightly and this can cause some excitement in the brain, making it difficult to sleep right away.. if you wait several hours then you will probably be able to sleep faster. regardless, it is best to take your vitamins in the morning. so you can use up that energy during the day....

Thanks so much for the responses! Now I know I'm not crazy and have definately made the switch to taking my vitamin in the morning or early afternoon.
