Question:
Anyone have/hear of anyone having MassHealth approve of lapband surgery?

After nearly a year of going to these G.D classes and appointments, UMss informs me that MassHealth will not pay for the surgery, although they will pay for bi-pass(which I don't want). Why the heck did they wait till now to tell me? Anyone with evidence to the contrary, please let me know...I'm all ears (and thighs, too)! LOL!!!    — Samalantha H. (posted on June 12, 2004)
