I have never heard of the doctor that you are asking about, however, the doctor that did my surgery is in Corona. His name is Dr. Festus Dada. His office is on Magnolia. He is also the head trauma surgeon at Inland Valley Regional Medical Center in Wildomar (just past Lake Elsinore). As far as I know he performs the surgery at both Inland Valley Regional Medical Center (where I had mine done) and at Corona Community Hospital. His telephone number is (909) 736-0696. I had complications with my surgery (I actually had to have it done twice due to a intestinal leak). Good luck in your search for a good surgeon. Personally, I would tell anyone who is thinking of having the surgery to really be prepared to deal with the complications, because they can happen.
