Question:
I'm 3 months post-op. Down 93 lbs. Achey feeling after eating.

I eat anything. I have been watching what I eat but It still is hurting after I eat. Anyone with this happening to them?    — Theresa B. (posted on August 24, 2000)

First of all, congrats on the super weight loss. I am also 3 months post op, and this feeling will still happen if I eat too fast, eat in chunks that are too big or drink too soon before/after eating. Hang in there!

Hi There, First of all let me say congradulations for your weight loss, that is great, and second the only things that gave me such discomfort after I ate, and still do is eating too fast which I still tend to do some 21/2 years later, and down 230lbs. And eating too much. Linda

Yes, congratulations! I am post op 17 years and I still have that feeling. It starts in my back under my right shoulder blade It is my clue that I am full and better stop or I will surely get sick to my stomach!
