any luck with approval with Group Administrators?

Has anyone had any luck with approval on surgery with the Group Administrators/CCN? Or has anyone had any luck with appeal a denial from them. I send in a pre-estimate and they denied it (because of a exclusion stating "treating for obesity".) tell me there is hope with this....Thanks    — melanie P. (posted on October 25, 2000)
