Question:
Does anyone know of anyone who is performing the Lap-Band in or around Michigan?

I am very interesed in finding a surgeon in or near Michigan who will perform the Lap-Band. Also, I was wondering if anyone has heard if Crohn's Disease patients can have this done. Your response is extremely appreciated.    — Alyssa K. (posted on August 14, 2001)

I am currently researching the LapBand in Michigan also. So far the only physician I have found is Dr. Wood in Sterling Heights, phone is 1-800-704-1343. I have spoken with Joyce, she is very nice and helpful so far. Do you have insurance that covers your surgery?
