Since vitamins are vitamins, and protein is protein, try the cheap stores like Wal-mart or Kmart. They often run great deals on these supplements.

May I suggest any protein that has whey in it and not much sugar and carbs would be fine. Also, any liqued form of vitamins are usually best. No need to purchase high price items. Almost all drug stores and some pharmacies.

You can register with PayPal using your checking account or your ATM debit card, and make online purchases that way. My personal choices for the best prices are www.vitalady.com for vitamins, and www.netrition.com for protein supplements.

I get both my protein supplements and vitamins from vitalady (www.vitalady.com). They can ship the stuff directly to your house.

I found GNC and Walmart has everything you need. GNC has a special "users card" that gives you 20 % off the first 7 days of the month. Right now here in TOpeka the card is on a promotion at 5.00$ also GNC vitamins are all on sale, buy one get 50 % off the 2nd bottle. They also have sublingual B12. Plus anything you don't like you can take back if you keep the receipt.
