Question:
Anyone who have medicaid or medicare have been denied for the gastric bypass surgery?

Danette, I live in Alabama have Medicare and Medicaid and I didn't have to be pre approved for my surgery...I won't say you won't have to be but Medicare should be the same in every state... I made an appointment with my doctor, and three weeks later I had my surgery... As of Nov 13th I am 1 week post-op and 13 pounds lighter :-)..
