Question:
suggestions for water intake

Since surgery in december i have been struggling to get the watrer in. But during the month of May i started scheduling my meals and water intake..heres what i did...i found it easier to get my water intake in early....so i start drinking a bottle of 24oz on the way to the gym. thats before 6:00am (i take a subway to the gym, its in my building at work. 24oz while i am working out 6:00-7:30. i have breakfast at 8:30 (protein shake) at 9:30 i have another 12oz. 10:30 i have special k and between 11:30 and 12:30 i have the rest of the bottle 12oz. i have lunch around 1, in the afternoon i knock off another 24oz. I may even have more after dinner! So i'm getting at least 96 oz everyday! Hope this helps.    — Alexandria D. (posted on June 2, 2003)

I, too, start the minute I get out of bed in the morning and don't quit until after I'm in bed at night. Although, I'm beginning to wonder if I need to strap my water to me so I don't set it down places and forget about it during the day...especially on weekends!
