Seeking Others Denied By Cigna

hi karen, wait till you get the official letter. cigna is notorious for denying the first request. they denied me the first time and i waited 6 months and tried again and was approved again within 30 days. just have all your ducks in a row and give them everything they want and be sure you are going to someone who is experienced with dealing with ins. companies. Hi Karen, I just found out last week that I was denied by Cigna. I guess I haven't officially been denied yet, they asked me for proof of 2-26 weeks supervised diets one of which has to be within the past 6 months which I don't have. I phoned Cigna to find out the status and was told then I that I had been denied. About 4or 5 days later the letter came so it doesn't take long to receive the letter. Good luck
