What doctors, hospital and/or weight loss facilities accept medicaid?

I'm from Upstate New York and my surgeon accepted it. But I have Blue Choice Option (with is only for people with Medicaid).

i live in ohio and osu hospital does and is going to do my surgery.they have a probram you can go through.
