Question:
Any on have an ex of their PCP letter for the insurance approval?

I've only been seeing my Dr since May and thought I could write my own letter with the past failed diet attempts and then she could add the new ones. Does anyone have a copy of what their letter looked liked?    — epape (posted on July 31, 2002)
