Question:
Any opinions about Drs. Inabnet (Mt. Sinai) or Ren (NYU)?

All I have heard about Dr. Ren is that she is the surgeon who performed Bob Goldstein's surgery. This surgery was shown on MSNBC with Dr. Ren and Bob. Hope this helps.

I had an uneventful and successful surgery with Dr. Inabnet on May 15. All of my interactions with Dr.I have been positive ones. You can direct an e-mail to him at www.surgicallyslim.com . I have e-mailed with questions before and after surgery and he has repsonded by e-mail or phone within a few days. None of these has been emergencies. My lap surgery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. He is quiet, seems almost shy at times. The hospital staff was behind when I was scheduled for my surgery and he came himself to wheel me to the operating room rather than leave me waiting for an aide to be free. I was also pleased with his associates that checked on me after surgery, and he saw me every day. I had surgery Tues. evening and felt well enough to go home Thur. evening. I took pain meds for about 1 1/2 more days then felt fine enough to do without. I have been given very thourough diet instructions by his staff nutritionist and have had no trouble so far. Basically, I think he walks on water.LOL Good luck! Rebeckah
