Question:
Need well-worded appeal letter re: not enough

My PCP is willing to write whatever I tell him regarding denial due to not enough medically supervised diets. Would like to see letters others have sent to insurance regarding this same subject...did anyone else write the letter for their PCP? Please e-mail to me at [email protected]. Theresa, I had NO medically supervised diets when I delt with my insurance that wanted at least 8 months of physician supervised diets. My physician wrote a letter for me stating that with my diet history there was nothing else he could do for me. (I wrote the letter, he typed it) And I made a history of all the diet's I'd been on.. It worked, so I'll send you a copy of all those, just replying here so anyone who also may need help with this can email me and ask.. Good luck on your journey...
