The bigest thing with the phych evauation is it should be a doctor who is familar with eating disorders or see's clients with eating disorders. I really think they are going to give you the evaluation. Dieticain appoinment find some one who specializes in stomach surgerys and gastric reflux diabetic diets. Get some one who knows the procedure your having first hand you might want to ask the surgeon your going to see who they recommend that's how I got mine done. I had to do it twice on both appoinments because the first 2 people where not very knowledgable about gastric bypass procedures. I had to shell out about 400.00 dollers to see them.
