Anyone have experience with PHCS/MD Plan coverage?

PHCS is just an administrator of company plans. What company do you work

Go under ask a question...type in insurance...go to insurance approval..and
you will find some information. I also have PHCS/MD plan and about 5
people answered that ? for me. Right now I am in the starting phase of all
of this, but they did give me preapproval for my Dr. visits regarding the
surgery.
