Hey everyone, can anyone out there explain the proceudre for Priority Health Insuranc

You could find your doctor in the directory on this site and see if there have been any members that have your insurance that went to the same doctor and then you can e-mail them about your question.

I'm not sure which version of PH you have but when I was on Priority Health (Medicaid), all I needed was a referral from my PCP. After the referral was received, I was then determined preapproved for my preop appointments at MMPC in Grand Rapids. After the preops were completed, the surgeon would of then submitted my info for surgery approval. I never had them submit for surgery approval since I chose to go with the DS procedure, so that is why I dont know the rest from that point on. I dont have PH anymore as I now am on Medicare.
