yes the Mayo Clinic does this surgery and they do endorse it. go to

I had my RNY at Mayo in Rochester MN. I know someone else who had their's
at Mayo in Florida. My surgeon was Micheal Sarr.

I had mine done at the MAYO in Scottsdale..they do them at all the MAYO'S.

i am having a rny done at mayo clinic on aug 10. my endo
dr is dr abu-lebdeh and he is the nicest guy to work with.
there is only a few surgeons that do the actual surgery at
mayo so be prepared for a long wait. its been almost a year
for me since i had my 1st consult. good luck.
