Question:
Is anyone using the program at FitDay.com?

I have been use the program. I am thrilled with it. It really opens your eyes to what you are really eating. It breaks food down in to fat/carbs/protein on daily basis. You can also tract activities/wt./cals/journal. Its fun not to mention a great tool. You can make your journal public. Would love to hear from anyone doing this. If your not hears an invite. It would be interesting to see what everyone else is eating(plus amounts)daily. Here is the link to my journal: http://www.fitdat.com/webfit/publicjournals.html?owner=mamas5    — Gail R. Here is the link to my journal: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=ctyst. I do not record my foods every day, but only every once in a while to make sure I am still on the right track. I looked at dietwatch, but they now charge for an account. Fitday is free. I LIKE free! If you want to see some partial days, look around Sept 16/17. A full day is on August 9/21/31.

By the way you can enter ANY quantity. I often use 0.12 cups for a tablespoon. That would make 0.04 cups a teaspoon. See they always told us we needed to learn math! :)

OOPS!!!! Sorry for the typeo. My fingers must have been moving faster than my mind. Boy that says alot Ha Ha. I came back to let you know you can change the amounts they give you. Here is how: When you add a food to your daily list it adds it on to your main page. There are two boxes for amount and what kind of serving. Click on those boxes to change. I found it likes it to be in decimal form. Below is a list of approximate volume measures. Thanks to all who posted. Ya'll try and have fun with this. 1 teaspoon = 1/3 Tablespoon = .3333 Tablespoon 1 Tablespoon = 1/2 fluid ounce = 3 teaspoon = .5 fluid ounce 2 Tablespoon = 1 f. oz = 1/8cup,6teaspoon = .125 cup 1/4 cup = 2 f. oz = 4 Tablespoon = .25 cup 1/3 cup = 2 2/3 f. oz = 5 Tablespoon & 2 teaspoon = .3333 c 1/2 cup = 4 f. oz = 8 Tablespoon = .5 cup 2/3 cup = 5 1/3 f. oz = 10 T & 2t = .6667 cup 3/4 cup = 6 f. oz = 12 Tablespoon = .75 cup 1 cup = 8 f. oz = 16 Tablespoon = 1.0 cup Hope this helps.
