Question:
Is there a protein pill out there????????

This is my first question here every and I was wondering if there is a protein pill out there anywhere??? If so where can I get it. Since my surgery all the protein drinks make me feel sick to my stomach and the smell of them makes me gag to vomit. sorry to be so specific, but I was just needing some help on this. Yes, there is. But they are not a magic bullet - they only have 1-2 grams of protein per pill. So if you are targeting 60 gms a day, you'd need 60 pills! That's kinda nuts! You say since your surgery all protein drinks make you gag. Keep trying different ones, I also am in the same boat but I've found three kinds that I can rotate through that don't make me gag. In a pinch start using a protein bar a day.

Proteinex makes a protein pill. You can buy it at 4webmed.com. Or follow the links from this site for proteinex. You take 6 pills a day for 15 g of protein. Good luck.

I just ordered a sampler of protein liquids from Vita4Life. According to them, some have no flavor and you can just pour it into your favorite drink and can't tell the difference. I hope they are telling me the truth about this! The web site is www.vita4life.net Good luck!
