Black BMs are usually from one of a couple of things - iron supplements or bleeding in the upper GI tract. Frank blood in your stool could be from something as simple as hemorrhoids or it could be more serious. In any case - no one here is qualified to diagnosis your problem, so get yourself to an emergency room STAT!
