Question:
Does anyone know anything about Dr. Vierra in CA?

Hi Becky: I also would like an answer to your question. I have an appt. Dr. Vierra on July 2, 1999!!! He is the surgeon I was referred to by my primary. If you hear, would you also let me know? I will do the same if I can. Good Luck!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vierra's since the beginning of the year. I had heard many negative things about his bedside manner and went in with that expectation. Was I surprised to find the total opposite. At first he was very business-like but then very much warmed up. In fact, he insisted on the next visit that my daughter be with me so she could understand about the surgery. She has suffered anorexia/bulimia and he was worried about how she would feel about it. My surgery is scheduled for June 21 and I couldn't be any happier with any other doctor. However, I do wish he had a support group himself, especially for post ops.
