Anyone been treated by Dr. Gary Anthone @USC?

Go to duodenalswitch.com and you can get a lot of information about Dr. Anthone. You can also find lots of information about him on AMOS if you only go to the database and search out the doctor by name. Good luck.

There is also a support group for Dr. Anthone's patients, ds_usc, and there's plenty of discussion of Dr. Anthone on the duodenalswitch list, both of which you can sign up for at http://groups.yahoo.com.

You will LOVE Dr. Anthone!! He did my surgery in Oct '99. He is a true expert in his field, performing the DS exclusively for over 10 years. He trained with Dr. Hess,the surgeon who converted the BPD to the DS. You just can not get a better surgeon. I might also add that USC University Hospital is a fabulous hospital as well!
