Question:
Has anyone with Paramount insurance had any luck being approved?

My policy has an exclusion for gastric bypasss, stapling, and other weight loss treatments. I have been also been denied approval by the Ohio Department of Insurance. I'm now working with an attorney.    — Diane P. (posted on December 17, 2001)
