has anyone from tennessee been on tenncare or in Horizon hospital

i have tenncare (omnicare) and am in the process of getting approved. i have a friend with tenncare select and she has been approved. what tenncare do you have?

Hi, how are you I actually grew up in Dickson County. My surgery date is May 17, 04 and I started this journey three years ago. In the beginning I had Tenncare. The problem was not the actual insurance coverage, but finding a doctor who took it. I found one then waited about 6 months only to find out that they dropped it w/out telling me. Anyway, I am sure a lot has changed since then and you will have no problems. In my case, after I was dropped, I decided to find a job that had the type of insurance I would need to get approved. Two years later that is exactly what I have done. Goodluck and NEVERGIVEUP!!!
