Question:
I just recieved a package from them on two plans called blue max and blue value

they say that they do not cover eating disorders.They also have a HMO plan that does not cover weight reduction programs.When I called an agent I told him I wanted this surgery and needed insurance to coner this due to my policy uhc choice plus not covering it.Does anyone have info on these policies...
