Question:
I have been denied, what can I do now?

I have been denied. I was told that there is an exclusion in my policy and I can appeal but, it will probley be denied too! I need advice!!    — Trisch B. (posted on January 30, 2001)

I have contacted obesitylaw.com in hopes of receiving legal advice as to what I can do next. I was also denied and decided that I am going to still appeal even though my insurance has an exlcusion policy. I think if i provide the necessary documentation such as blood test, doctors comments during office visits, and a solid history of dieting that i will have a better chance of being approve even though there is no guarantee. If this doesn't work, then hopefully obesitylaw.com can help me. Finally, if all these options fail, then I am going to get new insurance that has a solid record of approving surgery.
