Has anyone having the surgery used Dr. Byers at Uof M

U of M as in???? I had my surgery at the U of M...as in Minnesota, but havn't heard of a Dr. Byers....you must be talking about another U of M????

I went to my first meeting this week, but Dr. Byers was not there. She has a good reputation from what I have heard. She is certified in bariatrics, and she is a trauma surgeon, not to mention a specialty in Nutrition. She has only done about 2 laproscopic proedures as of 7-24-01, but at least now that is an option. She takes most insurances including medicare and medicaid.
