Does anyone work for Winn Dixie? Were you able to get surgery approved?

I am needing to find ANYBODY that works for Winn Dixie that has TRIED to get this surgery approved and WON! Has ANYONE with an exclusion for "weight control" ever won their case? Insurance and winn dixie giving me the run around and I could use some answers. PLEASE e mail me or respond via this question if ANYONE has fought with Winn dixie or knows if I may have a chance.
