I have talked to my doctor about the W.L.S, She said that my insurance want one year

I think you should check with your insurance company and ask them if they require any doctor supervised diet. Sometimes when Doctors don't agree that a patient should have surgery they would use a stall tactic so that you won't have surgery. I am not saying that is what the Doctor is doing but it is better to check your insurance company yourself or find another Doctor.

we just got a client approved with an insurance company that wanted a diet history. It was granted on appeal. Keep fighting.
