Question:
Have anyone had difficulty with Dr. Anez' staff in Fairfax Virginia?

It appears the doctor's staff has not submitted my info in a timely manner. After being told that it takes 2 weeks to get an answer from my insurance company, I was told after a whole week that my paperwork had not even been submitted in the first place. Please advise. I had to call Dr. Anez's office and inquire about the status of my paperwork too. They had submitted it to tht insurance company but did not follow-up until I called. I too found Dr. Anez to be cold, but as far as I know he is the only Dr. in the area performing this surgery that accepts my insurance. I found out on 7/28/00 that I was approved. Good luck!
