Question:
Does anyone have a PCP in the Boston area that is WLS friendly?

My PCP is not supportive of WLS at all. She thinks that Weight Watchers can and should fix all weight issues. I'm looking for a new Primary Care Physician, because I want someone who understands that morbid obesity is a real problem, not just a matter of not following Weight Watchers. I live in the North Shore area of Boston, but would be able and willing to travel to Boston/Cambridge/South of Boston for the right provider.    — Tanya R. (posted on October 19, 2001)

If I were you I would try the following website. The webmaster updates with different names of doctors from different states. Maybe your state is there and if not, maybe you can give your pcp's name for unsupportive. It'll all work out. www.geocities.com/Kristin_Ritter2001/DoctorsList.html
