Question:
Has any one tried EAS AdvantEdge Whey Protein shakes?
I have been using this drink mix and was wondering if anyone had any comments about it? It is not to bad and seems to have good protein.(20 grams) — peggyp (posted on August 15, 2003)

I drink the EAS carb control premixed drinks. I also eat the EAS carb
control bars for lunch. YUM!! I have lost 29 lbs in 2 1/2 months. Not too
shabby considering I am a lightweight!! I would highly recommend using
these products!

That is what I drink. It was this first one that didn't make me sick. I
just received my order of samples from vitalady and am working my way
through those. So far the advange whey is still on top for the chocolate
ones. I did like the apple nectar though. I think I will try the
strawberry kiwi as I love strawberry kiwi propel.

Hi. I also use EAS Whey protein. I also alternate with
Real Meals vanilla powder, sometimes I mix them together. EAS whey is by
far one of the best tasting (chocolate)powders proteins out there, IMHO. I
also bought a six pack of their pre-mixed brand as well, but carelessly
didn't read the label and when I got home I noticed was the high sugar
brand, (23gms) as opposed to the carb control brand. I had to go back and
exchange.

I'm pre-op and was testing all the protein shakes out there. I think EAS
is second to none. I'm glad to tell you that it's delicious.

I tried it - didn't like it. I mean it's not awful like some of them, but
it certainly something I'd look forward to having. That said, I've not
found ANY that I look forward to consuming.

I use EAS Advantage Whey Protein (vanilla flavor) in my protein shakes. By
itself, the taste isn't too good, but it mixes really well with other
ingredients. My favorite recipe goes like this: Blend 2 scoops of the
powder with a packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast (chocolate), 1/2 of a
banana, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk, & some shaved ice. Drink
in 3-4 portions spread throughout the day. Martha L., 6 months post-op,
down 130 pounds.

I tried the EAS which isnt bad but last time I tried Carb Solutions
chocolate kind which I really like & for about the same price if not
even a little bit cheaper. I only drink my protein blended as I can't stand
the clumps.

I just wanted to say that both GNC and Rite Aid (with the little GNC area)
have the return policy on their products-- even if it is opened and you
just don't like it, they'll return the full price. You don't need the
little Gold Card, just the receipt!
