Question:
Has anyone experienced a burning pain?

I just had hernia surgery on 9/26/03. I actually had 2 larg hernias instead of one. I have one large piece of mesh now. I cam home on Saturday with a drain and a abd. binder. I am having a burning pain in my lower stomach - below my belly button, below the incision. And I also have a lot of pain in my rib area above the incision. The incision and drain site really do not hurt. Has anyone had this tiype of pain? I thought maybe it could be from whatever the held me open with. Thanks for any info - Kelly    — Kelly B.
