Question:
WORDING IN eXCLUSIONS IS NOT SPECIFIC, aM I COVERED?

uNDER EXCLUSIONS in my policy, it reads, (exclusions) weight loss, diets, or treatment of obesity, including surery for reconstruction or repair of a gastric bypass as a result of such condition; Do you think that includes Morbid obesity? What about Comorbidities such as leg pain, depression, back pain, listed for reason of surgery. Please help!    — Sheila M. (posted on May 16, 2001)

You should post the exact name of the insurance that you have and people will respond to you if they have or have not been approved through this insurance. I would definitely get the ball rolling. This way you will know if it is a possibility from other's experiences with the same insurance. Good luck!
