Dr. Mitchell is a member of ASBS but not in this data base. Any info on him?

I found Dr.Mitchell on this site. Go to the list of peers in NC and go down to Pinehurst. You should be able to click on his information. I am on his waiting list to get an appointment. Last time I talked to his office people they told me I should have my appointment for my consultation for the middle of January to the first of February. They also sent me a patient packet with papers to fill out and additional information.
