Ken, I am so glad to see things went so well for you. I am also happy to see that you can get all of your pre-op stuff done up here... I was dreading the drive to indy for everything... I have my initial consult and psych eval scheduled for Aug 14th in Indy. Good Luck and congrats... and to your wife!!
