hi lynda try collace stool softner there are 2 kinds out dont get the one that says stool softner laxative get the one that says stool softner..it works great and you get no cramping up ..you can by it in any drug store or dept store it were the laxatives, stomach medications are..

i KNOW I STARTED AN UPDATE AND GOT LOST IN THE MIDDLE OF IT BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO FORGIVE ME AS I AM ONLY 1 WEEK OLD AS MY SURGERY WAS AUG. 13. I FEEL GREAT I AM NOT DIZZY I AM NOT NAUSIAUS(CANNOT EVEN SPELL IT) i HAVE NO PAIN AND HAVE LOST 17 POUNDS I FEEL BORN AGAIN AND GRATEFUL TO DR. PAUL WIZMAN MY PHENEMONALLY WONDERFUL SENSITIVE MOST COMPETENT SURGEON. I AM GRATEFUL TO HIS NURSE KENDRA AND ALSO TO ALL THE STAFF AND EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE HOSPTIAL NORTHWEST REGIONAL MED. CTR. IN MARGATE FLORIDA. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. i KNOW THE MEANING OF THE SURGERY HAS NOT HIT ME YET AND SINCE I AM NOT TEACHING YET, MY ROUTINES ARE NOT SET. Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.
